$62.50 diagnostic + tax
*$40 if no problem found
$125 / hour bench labor + parts/tax
*Estimate fee is applied to final cost if services are approved
$150 on-site service call travel charge
*Within Bernalillo County, (additional $50 for charge for outlying areas)
$125 / hour on-site service labor, + parts/tax
*Minimum 1 hour, in addition to travel charge
Credit Card payments will incur a standard service charge
Full payments are expected upon pick up, no partial payments
Services completed by Caldera Electronics are covered by a 30 day warranty on services performed.
A storage fee of $5 per day will apply to a diagnostic or repair work order left for more than 30 calendar days after the repair is completed.
After 60 days, items will be considered abandoned and become property of Caldera Electronics.
*Arrangements for an extension can be made with prompt communication before 15 calendar days after completion.
Warranty service will be completed with a valid sales receipt and according to the guidelines of the manufacturer.
There is no cost for repairs covered by manufacturers warranty.
