Caldera Electronics is a component level electronics repair and service facility.
Serving all levels of musicians, event production companies, music venues, schools, government agencies and houses of worship, we have the experience to quickly diagnose, repair and service your electronic equipment (and much more!), in house or on site.

Service and repairs performed by Caldera Electronics are covered by a 30 day warranty.
Warranty service will be performed with a valid sales receipt and according to the guidelines of the manufacturer.
$40/ estimate + tax
$25 if no problem found
$125 / hour bench labor + parts/tax
Estimate fee is applied to final cost if services are approved
$150 on-site service call travel charge
Within Albuquerque, additional charge for outlying areas
$125 / hour on-site service labor, + parts/tax
Minimum 1 hour, in addition to travel charge
25% holding fee charged for items left over 30 days, Items left over 90 days will be considered abandoned and become property of Caldera Electronics and will be disposed of
Arrangement for an extension can be made with reasonable communication
No cost for repairs covered by manufacturers warranty
Excludes shipping costs and if no problem is found
